These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Le Mans Distributors website and enquiries submitted through its contact channels. The website provides information about wholesale distribution services and invites enquiries from retailers, wholesalers and other businesses.
This website does not provide an online checkout. Sending an enquiry or stockist application does not place an order, create a credit facility or guarantee approval.
2. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and legitimate business enquiries. Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to do so.

4. Quotations, orders and payment
Any sale is subject to a quotation or supply agreement accepted by the parties. The quotation or agreement should state the products, quantities, currency, applicable VAT, delivery charges, payment terms and how acceptance occurs. Prices are not fixed by submitting an enquiry.
Trade account and stockist applications are assessed separately. Credit terms apply only when expressly agreed. These website terms do not replace an agreed supply contract or allow us to change an accepted order unilaterally.
5. Delivery, returns and product concerns
Delivery arrangements and estimated lead times will be communicated for the relevant order. Please report missing, damaged, incorrect or defective goods promptly with your order details so the issue can be investigated. A request to report promptly does not remove any statutory remedy or shorten a period provided by law.
Cancellation, returns, refunds and warranties are governed by the applicable agreement and South African law. Any rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, where applicable, remain intact. Wholesale or business status does not automatically remove all statutory protection.

Website copy, design, logos and images are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may view the website and keep a reasonable copy for evaluating our services.
